Can I check-out later than the check-out time?

It is possible, but for every hour after the original check-out time, a ¥1,100 (tax incl.) will be charged separately from the accommodation fee. *We may not offer late check-out depending on the situation. We thank you for your understanding in advance.

What are the prices for extra beds and cribs?

Each extra bed will cost ¥4,400 (tax and service charge included).
The number of rooms that can accommodate the extra beds are limited, so if you wish, please make a reservation in advance.
Cribs are available free of charge, but the number is limited, so please make a reservation in advance.

Would you be able to keep our luggage at the hotel before check-in and/or after check-out?

Yes. We will keep your luggage and provide you with a voucher at reception.
In addition, we can carry your luggage to your room under your request.

Can I send my luggage from the hotel?

Yes. We offer this service at reception.
Cardboard and bags (for a fee) are also available, so please do not hesitate to inquire us.

What are the additional charges for small children staying overnight if we share a bed?

If sharing a bed, there will be no additional charge. However, if you wish to add breakfast, that will be charged. (Pre-school aged children are free of charge)

Can I pay for the restaurant and lounge in one lump sum at check-out?

Yes. After using the restaurant lounge, please notify the staff your room number and sign the order bill.

Can I ask for laundry service?

We accept clothes for laundry at reception. If you can provide them by 10:00 in the morning, they will be cleaned by evening on the same day.
Laundry bags and order bills are available in the room. Please fill it out and bring it to reception.
Closed on Sundays, national holidays, and the year-end and New Year holidays.


How long is it open?

The lunch buffet is open from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

Can I make a reservation?

Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations.
We will guide you to your table in the order in which you have arrived.

How much does the lunch buffet cost?

The lunch buffet fee is ¥1,650 (tax incl.) for adults and ¥830 (tax incl.) for children under elementary school age.
No fees are required for children under the age of three.

How many menu items are there at the lunch buffet?

If dessert and fruit options are included, there will be about 24 dishes available.
There are about 13 kinds of drinks available at the soft drink bar.
Soft drinks are included in the meal price.

When is the lunch buffet open?

The lunch buffet is only open on Saturdays and Sundays.
